Join us for a celebration of Prof. Alison Brooks’ groundbreaking book TALK: The Science of Conversation and the Art of Being Ourselves on February 4 from 5-6:30pm in Aldrich 112. Following closely on the heels of the book’s launch on January 21, this event will feature an overview of the book from Prof. Alison Brooks, interactive conversation exercises (with concrete take-aways you can use immediately), a roundtable discussion with Harvard faculty including Todd Rogers, Mike Norton, and Leslie John, and folk-pop acoustic songs from the faculty band The Lights.
